Leo Wang 王利杰
Founder of PreAngelPreAngel 创始人
Leo Wang is recognized as the trailblazer behind the PreAngel investment model. He founded PreAngel in 2011, leveraging the extensive network and social capital he had built during his four-year tenure at the Mobile 2.0 Forum. Leo began his career at Huawei in 2001, after graduating from Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications.王利杰是 PreAngel 投资模式的开创者。2011 年，他依托在 Mobile 2.0 论坛四年间积累的广泛人脉与社会资本创立了 PreAngel。2001 年从西安邮电大学毕业后，他在华为开启了自己的职业生涯。
Huan Li 李卓桓

Huan is a Venture Partner at Plug and Play Tech Center specializing in AI startups, and holds the titles of Microsoft Regional Director and Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning. He founded two tech startups that were later acquired, and served as Chief Scientist at Youku.com. A tech author and mentor, he builds open-source projects and enjoys coding, paragliding and salsa in his spare time.李卓桓是 Plug and Play 科技孵化中心的创投合伙人，专注人工智能创业，同时拥有微软最有价值专家（Microsoft Regional Director）与谷歌机器学习开发者专家（Google Developer Expert）称号。他曾创办两家科技公司并被收购，并担任优酷网首席科学家。作为技术作者与导师，他热衷开源项目，业余喜爱编程、滑翔伞与萨尔萨舞。
Wei Hu 胡伟

With a decade at China Mobile, Hu Wei built their initial OA system as well as various OSS/BSS and ERP systems. A seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor with three successful exits, he co-founded Hangzhou Fudi Startup Park and Triton Tech and is a partner at Ten Dimension Capital, overseeing investments in nearly 70 projects, including notable companies such as Tengbao and Sixth Sense Villas.胡伟曾在中国移动任职十年，主导搭建了其最初的 OA 系统以及多套 OSS/BSS 与 ERP 系统。他是一位资深创业者与天使投资人，拥有三次成功退出经历，联合创办了杭州福地创业园与海卓科技（Triton Tech），并担任十维资本合伙人，主管近 70 个项目的投资，代表案例包括腾保、第六感别墅等。
